TERMS & CONDITIONS


• A minimum stay of two nights is required
• For each completed eligible night’s stay, a MYR500 resort credit will be awarded. The resort credit is applicable to all bills on Food & Beverage outlets (including alcoholic beverages) and Spa Village treatments.
• The resort credit cannot be used towards room rate, prevailing service charge and taxes or gratuities.
• The resort credit will be applied to the guest folio at the time of check-out. Upon check-out, any remaining resort credit is deemed to have expired. Resort credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and may not be used towards a future stay.
• E.g. For a four-night stay, a MYR2,000 resort credit will be rewarded, and applicable to all bills on Food & Beverage outlets and Spa Village treatments. If MYR1,800 resort credit is used on F&B and spa treatments, the remaining MYR200 will be forfeited. If MYR2,200 is spent on F&B and spa treatments, the remaining MYR200 will be borne by the guest.
• All activities, spa treatment and dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 14 days before the original date of arrival.
• Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups above 6 rooms and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Room rates are subject to a government tourism tax (“Tourism Tax”) of MYR10 per room per night. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad) and permanent residents (MyPR) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad or MyPR upon check-in for registration and identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
