Meaning ‘fisherman’ in Malay, Nelayan is an elegant homage to the celebrated Fisherman’s Cove. Set in a picturesque seaside location, the restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined ambience, perfect for romantic evenings and serene lunches.

As dusk settles, Nelayan unveils its exclusive fine-dining expression. Shook! at Nelayan is a vibrant celebration of bold flavours and inventive presentation, designed to delight the senses under the stars. Here, casual ease gives way to an elevated culinary journey—with seafood sustainably sourced, meticulously fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.

At lunch, guests can enjoy a variety of Asian and Western selections. As night falls, Nelayan transforms with a unique symphony of seafood-focused dishes, crafted with sustainable ingredients and a chef’s dedication to freshness. Completing the evening experience is our exclusive Shook! menu—a vibrant celebration of bold flavours and inventive presentations, designed to delight the senses under the stars. 

DI ATAS SUNGEI

True to its Malay name—’Above the River’—this unique restaurant is beautifully situated atop the gentle currents that flow toward the South China Sea. Shaded by a grand ketapang tree and enveloped by lush tropical greenery, it offers an intimate setting for breakfast and dinner. 

Here, the culinary journey is entrusted to the resort’s Menu Masters, experts in local flavours who create an ever-changing experience without a fixed menu. Each meal is a curated presentation of authentic Malaysian cuisine, crafted exclusively from the finest and freshest produce, for a dining experience that is as distinctive as it is memorable. 

TERATAI TERRACE

Nestled beside the resort’s serene free-form pool and enveloped by lush tropical foliage, Teratai Terrace offers a refreshing daytime escape. Lunch features a selection of light, vibrant salads and traditional local desserts—simple, bright, and made for leisurely afternoons.


By evening, Teratai Terrace transforms into an intimate dining destination, open by reservation only. Guests may choose from Steamboat, Yakiniku, or the You Chill, We Grill experience. As flames flicker and broths gently simmer, nostalgic Malaysian films are cast against a lush word backdrop. Here, dining becomes cinema, and memory, the main course.
