Tanjong Jara Resort will be carrying out construction work to build a new
three-bedroom luxury estate and rebuild 12 accommodations in Block 7 from 1 October 2011 through to the end of
March 2012. Additional routine maintenance work will also be undertaken during the renovation programme to
freshen up the resort's facilities and enhance the overall guest experience.
Block 7 will comprise of 6 Bumbung Rooms and 6 Serambi Rooms, each offering luxurious accommodation with a high
level of comfort and personal service. These new Bumbung Rooms will include a generous verandah offering magnificent
views of the ocean and surrounding gardens.
As a result of the unique design of the resort and the carefully planned construction timetable, very minimal guest
disturbance is envisaged. All guests will be pre-assigned rooms furthest from the affected area as possible to
minimise any potential disruption.
A new luxury estate will be built on a secluded piece of land located nearby the resort and as a result, guests will
not be disturbed during the construction period. The luxurious estate will feature three bedrooms, a private pool
and breathtaking sea views.
